Audio is crackling when the DSP Buffer Size is set to 'Best latency'
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Assets/Audio/BackgroundMusic.mp3
3. Click the Play button in the Inspector window
Expected results: Audio is not crackling
Actual results: Audio is crackling
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.0b17
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0b18, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Unfortunately, after careful consideration we will not be addressing your issue at this time, as we are currently committed to resolving other higher-priority issues. Our priority levels are determined by factors such as the severity and frequency of an issue and the number of users affected by it.
