Audio glitches and CPU usage increases when plugging microphone/speaker/controller in/out
How to reproduce:
1. Plug any microphone/speaker into your computer via USB
2. Open attached project
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Open Profiler Window
5. Remove the microphone
6. Notice the music glitch and that CPU usage increased
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a7
Actual results: audio glitches for a second, and CPU usage increases
Expected results: no glitch or CPU spike

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
When the system's audio output devices list changes, an event in FMOD triggers a complete reinitialization of FMOD, which is what causes the audio glitch and CPU usage spike.
