Audio clip sounds different when played in WebGL Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "TestAudio.zip" project
2. Open the Sample “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Game View, press each button
5. Observe that the audio clips sound the same
6. Build the Player (File > Build And Run)
7. In the Player, press each button
8. Listen to the sounds
Expected result: The audio clips sound identical both in Editor and in the WebGL Player
Actual result: The “star (original).wav” audio clip sounds different compared to the "star.wav" audio clip in the WebGL Player
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Fixed in: 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 pro
Not reproducible with: M1 MacOs 14.6.1, Intel MacOS 12.7
Notes:
* Different discrepancies, slightly higher pitch, and volume in the “star (original).wav” audio clip, can be seen when opening the audio clips on a browser. This is not present when playing the clips through an audio player
* Not reproducible with Standalone Build

Resolution Note:
Due to an internal limitation of the Windows Media Foundation AAC encoder, it is currently impossible to prevent the degradation of the first samples of audio files. We are attempting to open a discussion with Microsoft on that matter.
