[Audio] Bypass effects in the audio source does not bypass effects caused by OnAudioFilterRead
Steps to repro:
- Launch the attached project
- Load the scene and click on play
- Now click on the bypass effects check box in the audio source inspector
Note that the noise which is generated by the script attached does not get bypassed and we can still hear it.

Resolution Note:
When there is no AudioClip present, OnAudioFilterRead is treated as the playing channel. This is by design and used by many.
