AsyncReadManager.GetFileInfo fails to get files when they were created during runtime.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “WebGLQuads” project
2. Open “Assets/FileInfoResult” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Console window, observe the logged information about the files
Expected result: All the files exist and their information is provided
Actual result: Some of the files' state is “Absent”
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
