No
Async/await makes the Editor hang indefinitely
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Deadlock test" project
2. In the Project window, Right Click -> Create -> Bug -> Sample
3. Click "Test" in the Inspector window
Expected result: "Value" changes from 0 to 10 with no problems in the Inspector window
Actual result: A loading bar that says "Hold on (busy for Xs)..." pops up and hangs indefinitely, making the Editor unusable
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Notes:
1. Unity freezes without a loading bar in 2019.4
2. The line that makes the Editor hang can be found at Assets/Editor/1428833_SampleScriptableObjectEditor.cs at line 16
