Assets are not listed in the Object picker field when ScriptableObject is Generic
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "GenericScriptableObjectsTesting.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy, select Game Object
3. In the Inspector, select Generic Int object picker
Expected result: New Generic Int asset is listed
Actual result: New Generic Int asset is not listed
Reproducible with: 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.14f1(Generic Int is not listed in the Inspector)
