AssetDatabase.CreateFolder changes name of the folder
Let's say we want to create a folder "Assets/Extensions". If an asset with the name "Assets/ExtensionSomething" (where "Something" could be anything, but should start with a capital "S") already exists, then the created folder "Extensions" will have the last "S" capitalized: "Assets/ExtensionS".
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Select Text -> CreateFolder in the menu
3. Notice that new folder is created
Actual: Folder with name ExtensionS is created
Expected: Folder with name Extensions is created
Reproducible: 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible on MacOS.
