[AssetBundles] The preload table can get sorted in a non-deterministic order
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new Unity Project
2. Create multiple identical AssetBundles
3. Compare the AssetBundles' preload tables
Expected result: All the files are the same
Actual result: Some assets are sorted differently between the preload tables. On the container map, two assets have different preload indexes.
