AssetBundle does not rebuild when the reference object is updated in a different AssetBundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ABTest.zip“ project
2. In the Menu, select Test
3. Press step1, step2, and step3
Actual result: A GameObject with gray material is seen in the Scene view
Expected result: A pink GameObject is seen in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1
Fixed in: 2022.3.5f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 13.3.1
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
