AssetBundle Browser's column width is not saved after exiting the window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "19.3 Packages.zip" Project
2. Open the Window > Asset Bundle Browser
3. Drag on the edges to resize table columns
4. Reopen the Window > Asset Bundle Browser
Expected Behaviour: The column width is saved
Actual Behaviour: The column width is not saved
Reproducible with(Unity versions): 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
Reproducible with(package versions): 1.7.0, 1.6.0
Note: Could not test with 2017.4 as there are no Packages
