Asset instance duplicates when there is no dependency duplication between asset bundles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-85183_repro“ project
2. Select the “fx_circle_11.png“ asset
3. In the Inspector window set the Texture Type to Default and press Apply
4. In the menu select Test → Make Bundle
5. Enter Play mode
6. Select the “fx_circle_11.png“ asset
7. In the Inspector window set the Texture Type to Sprite and press Apply
8. Repeat steps 4-5 and observe the Game view
Expected result: Both questions are marked as “True“
Actual result: Both questions are marked as “False“

Not reproducible with: 6000.0.21f1
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a20
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 15.1 (M1)
