Asset icons are not visible when viewed in Object Picker
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Object_Picker_Icon_Bug“ project
2. Open the “Test” scene
3. Create an Empty GameObject (GameObject > Create Empty)
4. Add the Image Component to the newly created GameObject
5. In the “Source Image” field open the Object Picker
6. Observe the Object Picker
7. Select a few Assets then close the Object Picker
8. Open the Object Picker again
Expected result: Assets icons are always visible
Actual result: Asset icons appear only after they have been previously selected
Reproduced with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21

Notes:
1. Could not reproduce in new project
2. When selecting the Sprite Assets in Project Browser and then opening the Object Picker, the Asset icons will be visible
