Asset Bundles size increased when Project contains fbx Assets with Morph Target
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Project "BundleSizeIssue"
2. Build Asset Bundles
3. Check the size on disk of the Asset Bundles Folder
Expected result: Asset Bundles size doesn't depend on Unity Version
Actual result: Asset Bundles size increased over 3 times depending on Unity Version
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a6, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
Not Reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.0a5
