"Assertion failed on expression: 'fidA != fidB'" errors are thrown when using the HDRP Assets created with the older Unity versions
How to reproduce:

2. Open the "Terrain" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: There are no errors in the Console
Actual results: 129 "Assertion failed on expression: 'fidA != fidB'" errors are logged
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b2
Can't test with: 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1 (Due to the complexity of the project)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (M1), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
