"Assertion failed on expression" error is thrown when using a specific Prefab on HDRP and URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “assertion_failed“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “Assertion failed on expression“ error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.2.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b9
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Error: Assertion failed on expression: 'fidA != fidB'
