AssemblyCompat issue with plugins
On Win8.1 it's impossible to build Win Store Apps if there are specific plugins. This issue appeared on 4.3.0f4 version with SDK 8.1 compatibility.
There is a user's project: Smartfox Win8.zip;
Plugin developer's project: Connector.zip;
Repro:
1. open one of the project mentioned above.
2. try to build WSA solution;
3. observe the console;
