Aseprite Importer Animation Clip Timing
What:
If an ase file contains multiple tags, the final frame in the generated Animation Clip will use the last frame's duration, rather than the last frame in the tag. So if the final frame in the Ase file has a delay of 200ms, all generated Animation Clips final frame will have a delay of 200ms. This is wrong.
What we expect is that the final frame in an animation has the delay that the final frame in the tag in Aseprite has specified.

PR: https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/AsepriteImporter/pull/18
How to test:
- Bring in an Aseprite file with multiple tags.
- Change the individual frame timing of the last frame in the first tag.
- Verify in Unity that the change corresponds to Aseprite.
