ArticulationBody crashes when instantiating an object from the scene and reparenting it
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/John scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select BadRope
3. In the Inspector, right-click on the Chain component and select Build Rope
Expected result: Project doesn't crash
Actual result: Project crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1 (could not downgrade)

Resolution Note:
First off, the maximum amount of ArticulationBody components in an articulation can be 64 maximum, per the current physics engine restriction. It's advised to connect articulations with regular joints should the need for longer chains arise.
Secondly, it appears that in this particular project the whole current hierarchy is being cloned at each iteration. This scales as O(2^N), resulting in well over a million ArticulationBodies created in a hierarchy.
