Articulation Body with 'Revolute' Joint Type has erratic behavior when Upper Limit is set to above 360
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Articulation Body Limits.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Articulation Body and the logs in the Console
Expected result: In the logs, it is visible that the limit is 361 degrees and the Articulation Body moves accordingly
Actual result: The Articulation Body moves to 360 degrees and then erratically spins to 720 degrees and settles on 1081 degrees

Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
