Array-fields with the [HideInInspector] attribute are not drawn through EditorGUILayout.PropertyField
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the only scene in it.
2. In the Hierarchy window click "Click Me" object.
3. Open the "BugScript.cs" and observe Bar array-fields with the [HideInInspector] attribute are not drawn through a PropertyField.
Expected behavior: Array-fields with the [HideInInspector] attribute are drawn through a EditorGUILayout.PropertyField.
Reproducible: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p1, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a4
