"ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null" when using Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection with WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "EventSourceBugTest.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for WebGL
Expected results: No errors in the web browser console
Actual results: "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." error in the web browser console
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
