"ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range" when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new project
2. Observe the console log
- at this point ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range is thrown
Expected result: error should not be thrown when a new project is created
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b8, 2018.1.0b7
Does not reproduce in: 2018.1.0b6, 2017.3.1p1
Regression since: 2018.1.0b7
