"ArgumentException" error appears when opening Project Library in the UI Builder if the script is using "namespace Assets"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "UIBuilderBug.zip"
2. Open the "TestDocument.uxml" document (Assets > TestDocument)
3. In the UI Builder press the "Project" button in the Library tab
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors appear
Actual result: "ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 96046115" error appears
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1), 1.0.0 (2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0a15)
