[ARFoundation] Canvases are lagging when using “Screen Space - Camera” Render Mode with “TrackedPoseDriver” on iOS devices
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “CameraSpaceCanvasBug.zip” project on iOS device
2. Move the phone quickly from left to right or enable the “Portrait Orientation Lock” setting put the device on the table and lift the right side of the device toward you so the screen faces you
3. Observe the result
Expected result: Both white images stay aligned horizontally together without any space between them
Actual result: The right image does not stay aligned horizontally next to the left image
Reproducible with: 4.2.8 (2021.3.30f1), 5.0.7 (2022.3.9f1), 5.0.7 (2023.1.13f1), 5.1.0-pre.10 (2023.2.0b9), 5.1.0-pre.10 (2023.3.0a5)

Note: On the device, the lag is caused by the ARCameraBackground component, not the TrackedPoseDriver or ARPoseDriver. Disabling the ARCameraBackground, or creating a second camera as a child of the ARCamera and using that to render the Screen Space - Camera canvas, removes the visible lag
