Applying ProBuilder changes to the Prefab doesn't update other Prefab copies in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “ProBuilderBugExampel”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Select the “ProBuilder_Example” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector click “Open ProBuilder” and change anything in the GameObject
5. Apply all Overrides to the Prefab
6. Observe the Scene view
Expected results: The Overrides are applied to every GameObject in the scene
Actual results: The Overrides are not applied to the other GameObjects
Reproducible with: 5.2.2 (2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.22f1, 2023.2.15f1) 6.0.1-pre.2 (6000.0.0b13)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
