Applying changes to ScriptableObject with SerializedObject.ApplyModifiedProperties causes all scenes to be marked as dirty
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “ScriptableObjectBug.zip” Unity project
2. Open Edit->Preferences (Unity->Preferences for macOS)
3. Select “ScriptableObject Bug Demo” tab
4. Modify “Interval Seconds” value
Expected results:
Scenes are not dirtied
Actual results:
All scenes are dirtied
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b4, 2017.3.0p3, 2017.2.1p2,, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.1.0a1
Workaround: Use SerializedObject.ApplyModifiedPropertiesWithoutUndo
