"Application.isFocused" initially returns "true" when entering the Play Mode with the Game window set to "Play Unfocused"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LayoutFocusIssue.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Activate the “Game” window and put it into “Play Unfocused“ mode
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Observe the Game view
Expected results: The Game view window starts as unfocused and the text in the Game window is “false“
Actual results: The Game view window starts as unfocused but the text in the Game window is “true”
Reproducible in: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.34f1, 6000.0.8f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: This occurs on multiple Game view windows as well, when they are all put into “Play Unfocused“ mode
