[AppleTV] GameController.framework isn't automatically added to linked framework list causing AppleTV builds to fail
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (or new empty project)
2. Build for AppleTV
3. Try to deploy Xcode project to a device
4. Notice the build fails with the following linker errors:
> "_OBJC_METACLASS_$_GCEventViewController", referenced from:
> "_OBJC_CLASS_$_GCEventViewController", referenced from:
Workaround: Can be solved by manually adding GameController framework in the Xcode project Linked Frameworks list
Doesn't reproduce on iOS (the GameController.framework isn't added, but the build completes successfully).
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b2, 2017.1.0b5
Doesn't reproduce with: 2017.1.0b1
