[AppleTV] Add to Embedded Binaries option is missing in the Plugin Importer
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open "Plugins.zip" project
2. Go to File > Build Profiles and make sure that tvOS Platform is activated
3. Go to Assets > Plugins > tvOS
4. Press on "Plugin1" plugin and observe Plugin Import settings in Inspector
*Actual results:* There is no "Add to Embedded Binaries" option
*Expected results:* "Add to Embedded Binaries" option is near CPU field
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.4f1
*Tested on (OS):* MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Max, OS: Sonoma 14.4.1
*Notes:*
* Since there is no "Add to Embedded Binaries" option binaries are not added to the Xcode project and they need to be added manually
