Animations with Curves are not driving Animator parameters when played in Timeline
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "AnimationCurvesTimelineTest.zip" project
2. Open the "AnimationCurvesTimelineTest" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the characters (the left character is driven by Animator, the right character is driven by Timeline)
Expected result: Red and green boxes are correctly showing up on both, the Animator character, and the Timeline character
Actual result: The parameter values of the Timeline driven character Animation never change, thus red and green boxes never show up on the Timeline character
Reproducible with: 1.2.18 (2019.4.30f1), 1.4.8 (2020.3.19f1), 1.5.6 (2021.1.22f1), 1.6.2 (2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a11)

Resolution Note:
The properties are defined by the AnimatorController, and the the state of these properties is stored in the memory of the AnimatorController.
The state of the properties is in one PlayableGraph, and the Timeline is in another, with no communication possible between the two, so we can't fix this.
