Animations are lost when importing a .fbx file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Test.zip project
2. Select Player.fbx file
3. Go to the Inspector window and inspect the Animation section
Expected: .fbx file is imported with all the animations
Actual: Animations are lost
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b7, 2018.3.0b8
Not reproducible with: 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b6, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a8

i stumbled on this issue yesterday on 2018.2.14f but i could reproduce it in 2018.2.16f1.
since i didnt know what it was before i found this issue, i have not tested other versions
