Animation with only one Event at time 0.0 won't fire
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (AnimEventBugRepro.zip)
2. Open scene Bug Repro Scene.unity
- The scene contains two game objects so that they both play different animations
- One animation only has an event at 0.0 time and the other has an animation at 0.1 time
3. Play the scene
- Note how the console outputs two messages: one for the Start message and one for the Event call
4. Disable the gameobject that is labeled as working and enable the one that fails
5. Play the scene again
- Note how only one message is printed: only for the Start message
- The failing game object uses an animation with an event at 0.0 time
- The event at 0.0 time will be called if the 0.0 event is not the only thing (event or keyframe) present in the animation
- Note that the event will still fail if there is only one keyframe at time 0.0 (with the event)
