Animation timeline override track for humanoid rig is not functioning
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Open the timeline window
4. Play the timeline
Expected result: Humanoid and generic rigs' overrides are active
Actual result: only the Generic rig's override is working
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b1 2017.1.0p5, 2017.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b1
