[Animation Rigging] Bone Renderer 3D Gizmo Icon is of low quality when visible in the Scene/Game View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe the "Bone Renderer" 3D Gizmo Icon
Expected result: the "Bone Renderer" 3D Icon is in high quality
Actual result: the "Bone Renderer" 3D Icon is blurred
Reproducible with: 0.2.7-preview (2019.4.30f1), 1.1.1 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a7)
