Animation manual is missing next/back buttons on some pages
To reproduce:
1. Open the manual at Documentation/html/en/Manual/AnimationSection.html
2. The firs issue - at the bottom of the page is a link "Animation Tutorials" it leads to a missing page
3. Start pressing next to move through the manual
4. You'll notice that some pages don't have "next" and "back" buttons. These are: Avatar Body Mask, Animation States, Animation Transitions, Blend Trees, Creating the Avatar.
