Animation elements are not changed in editor after modifying it
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached(536animation.zip).
2. Go to Assets -> AnimationTest -> Action.
3. Select prefab "ceshi".
4. Press Tools -> Test animation
5. Change animation elements in "ceshi".
6. Again press Tools -> Test animation.
Expected result: Changes in animation elements will be reflected and current elements will be printed in console.
Actual result: Old information about elements (before change) will be printed in console.
Reproduced on: 5.3.6p1, 5.3.7p3, 5.5.2p2, 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0a4.
