Animation doesn't record rotation when legacy mode is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project (ReproProject.zip)
2. Open the "test" scene
3. Open the animation window and click on the "Cube" gameOjbect
4. In the last key-frame change the rotation
5. Click on the time line and back to the last key-frame
6. Notice that the rotation didn't record (check Repro.gif)
Actual result: Animation doesn't record rotation changes.
Expected result: Animation should record rotation changes.
Notes:
- When creating the same animation in 5.2 and then opening it in 5.3 animation works as intended.
- Animation does record other transform parameters, like position and scaling.
