Animation Clip and kebab menu icons flicker when Cycle Offset value is being changed
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create > Animation > Animation Clip
3. Click on newly created Asset to see its parameters in the Inspector
4. Enable Loop Time and change Cycle Offset value
5. Observe Animation Clip and kebab menu icons
Actual result: Animation Clip and kebab menu icons flicker or disappear for some time as Cycle Offset value is being changed
Expected result: Nothing of note happens
Reproducible with: 2021.3.57f1, 2022.3.67f1, 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1

Resolution Note:
Chaning this parameters will regenerate data that gets saved on disk and pickedup by the AssetDatabase which in turn will refresh the inspector. There is nothing we can do about this.
