Animating a value on a Prefab instance generates Prefab overrides
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1279845-PrefabAnimationOverrrides)
2. Open SampleScene
3. Select Cube in the Scene Hierarchy
4. Open the Animation window
5. Click the Record Button
6. Change any of the Cube component properties
7. Stop the recording
8. Click the Preview button
Expected result: There is no Prefab override on the animated value
Actual result: There is a Prefab override on the animated value
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
