Animated objects reset to their first animation frame when pausing Timeline in Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ('1157223repro.zip')
2. Open 'SampleScene' and select 'Story' object in the Hierarchy
3. Make sure that the Timeline window is opened
4. Enter play mode and pause the Timeline
Expected result: Animated objects are paused, retaining their current position
Actual result: Animated objects reset to their first animation frame
Reproducible in: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.3.0a4
Note: Pressing 'Go to the next frame' or dragging the Timeline playhead around (while in paused Play mode) also returns questionable results.

Resolution Note:
The issue is Director.Pause() stops updating the timeline each frame, and for the 'Car' object in question, it means the attached controller is run and is setting its default position. This is working as expected.
