Animated model instantiation times are slow if its animation controller window was never opened
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project to OC
2. Play the scene
3. Notice that elapsed time is ~2500ms outputted to the console
4. Open FoxHowl_Natasha_controller_story.controller
5. Play the scene
- Elapsed time is about 10ms now even if the Animator window is closed
Expected result: animated model instantiation should not take considerably longer if its animation controller window was not opened
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.1.2f1, 2017.4.7f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.1.4p1

Resolution Note:
Text clips are very long to deserialize. Switching to binary serialization fixes the issue. Users can also use asset bundles to bypass this issue too.
We have also scheduled a task to address this in a more structured fashion, but it it not a simple bugfix
