Animated gameObjects are sorted incorrectly in Animation window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'New Unity Project.zip' project using the EnvIronman VM (optional) (more information in Edit)
2. Select 'Umbrella' in the Hierarchy window
3. Observe the Animation window
Expected result: each ElbowJointX gameObject is sorted below their correspondent ShoulderJointX gameObject
Actual result: gameObjects starting with 'ElbowJoint1' are sorted below 'ShoulderJoint1'
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a4
