[Android] WorldSpaceViewDir produces zero values when distant from camera on Mali-400
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "WaterShaderTest_Unity.zip"
2. Build and Run on Android
3. While in application, observe the screen
Result: WorldSpaceViewDir produces zeroes when distant from camera (black area on ViewDir texture map)
Reproduced in: 2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.12f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a11

Won't fix: Affects only Mali-400 GPU, fix would require complex changes in the shader compiler that could degrade shader performance on all other GLES2 devices
