[Android] WebView is not displayed on devices running Android 12
Repro steps:
1. Open the project 'android12-view-problem'
2. Build and Run on an Android device with Android 12
Expected result: Webview is displayed on Android12Beta (ExpectResult.png)
Actual result: WebView is not displayed on Android12Beta (ActualResult.png)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1
Couldn't test 2018.4
Tested and reproduced on these devices:
Google Pixel 3 XL (Pixel 3 XL), Android 12, CPU: Snapdragon 845, GPU: Adreno (TM) 630
