[Android][Vulkan] Visual artifacts when using depth normals with Vulkan API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-131836_Normals” project
2. Make sure Graphics API is set to Vulkan
3. Build and run on Android
4. Observe the device
Actual result: Visual artifacts all over the visible object
Expected result: Object has distinct sections, with shades of different colors with no visual artifacts
Reproducible on: 2023.3.0b7, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b6
Built on: macOS 26.2 (M1 Pro)
