[Android][Vulkan][VideoPlayer] VideoPlayer causes a crash with Vulkan API
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run to an Android device
3. Observe that a crash occurs with Vulkan builds with latest version of Unity
Expected result: Videos should play correctly with Vulkan API
Reproduced and crashes: 2019.2.0a10, 2019.1.0b9
Reproduced, no crash, video does not play: 2018.3.9f1, 2017.4.24f1
Not reproduced testing on OpenGLES3

Not fixed on 2019.2 . The issue still happens.

According to the Unity documentation " The Vulkan graphics API is not yet supported."

Is there any timeline for getting this added? It makes it very difficult to make Vulkan builds.
