[Android][Vulkan] Transcoded video to H265 Crashes player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Set up video player to output a Render Texture.
3. Set Render texture on Image on UI
4. Set up button to "Enable" and "Disable" video player at runtime
5. Transcode attached video to H265
6. Build for Android
7. Observe line of garbage at the bottom of player.
8. Enable disable the video player if app hasn't crashed yet
Expected: Video plays in the new transcoded format
Actual: Hundreds of dropped frames per second and when enabling disabling player app crashes
