[SRP] MSAA gets resolved into a null surface when using CameraTarget as resolveTarget
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Go to the SampleScene and press Play button
3. Change the MSAA level by clicking the buttons on the top left in the Game View
6. Observe Game View
Expected result: MSAA level is applied correctly
Actual result: The screen renders with clear color (Vulkan), or the editor crashes (D3D11/12).

Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1

Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i9-9900KS, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
