[Android][Vulkan] Loading scene through a coroutine breaks with Adreno 530 Gpu
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run the project on a device running Adreno 530 gpu
- Observe the broken loading
Expected result: scene loading should not break on some devices
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a8, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.15f1
